Should you apply yourself or use a professional immigration consultant?

Should you apply yourself or use a professional immigration consultant?

Should you apply yourself or seek help from a professional immigration consultant?

The answer may change your life!

Recently, in our office, we see various cases of people who turn to us after having made attempts to submit different applications independently.

Sometimes, it ends well (and we are the most supportive of you in the world) and sometimes, a small mistake costs dearly.

No matter if you decided to apply alone – always remember: small mistakes can be costly.

Immigration to a new country is a big step in life, and the application process can be complex and detailed.
We know this step is not easy, and mistakes along the way can cause long-term damage. So how should you deal with such a process?
Should you submit the application yourself or seek help from a professional consultant?

Why is it important not to apply alone?

Every application has details, small and large, that can determine your future. Whether it is an application for a work visa, a tourist visa, or permanent residency – there are hundreds of details to consider.

One mistake can lead to the rejection or refusal of the application.

The risk of small mistakes:

A client who filled out her Express Entry profile with a tiny mistake that slightly changed her score (upwards) was very excited to receive an invitation to apply for permanent residency and did so to the best of her ability – but in practice, her score was different – result: the application was rejected! –

As of today, that client has been waiting for months to receive another invitation, while she could have been a permanent resident a long time ago – if only everything had been submitted correctly…

The gap between a correct application and an inaccurate application:

Two different cases – involving a foreign passport in addition to the Israeli passport and applying for a “war” visa – the information was not presented accurately, result: the application was refused due to lack of transparency and providing incorrect information; one of those clients applied again (he understood the mistake..), result of the second application: refusal!
Luckily for him and for us, the third time he turned to us for help and just a few days ago, he received the coveted approval!

Another case, a client who tried to open an Express Entry profile on her own – but for some reason, did not succeed (even though she has everything required)
In another case, a client who applied alone received a refusal for a “war” visa due to military service, even though he was exempt from military service!

And also… cases of clients who applied with another consultant but never received a copy of their application (even though according to the law, that consultant was required to provide them with a copy of the application) – they had no idea what was submitted in their name, and therefore, there is a concern about submitting an application for permanent residency that might contain contradictory information (because who knows what was submitted..)

The difference between “saying it right” and “doing it right”

Like when there is a leak in the sink, you can try to fix it yourself – but it is possible that if you don’t call a professional, you will complicate things more and “do damage” that will take time to repair. In the case of independent application, if you don’t know how to fill in all the details correctly, you may find yourself paying much more.

The problem is that when such a mistake is made, there is not always a way back. In many cases, if the application is rejected or refused, it will be difficult to submit it again or even correct the mistakes.

Bottom line – there are cases in life where if you don’t get professional help, you may find yourself paying double for repairs, or in the worst case, stuck with the result of irreversible damage.

Why should you seek help from a professional consultant?

Ask yourself: do you really want to take a risk when it comes to your future? Is a small saving now worth the possible consequences of a mistake in the application?
It’s not just about submitting forms. It’s about strategic planning of how to submit the application so that it is as accurate as possible, without leaving room for misinterpretations or errors.
Such a process, like any legal or bureaucratic process, requires professionalism based on experience, knowledge of legal requirements, and proven work methods.
A professional immigration consultant knows how to fill in each field correctly, how to present the data in a way that will work in your favor, and how to deal with problems or issues that may arise along the way.

Why should you turn to experts?

Professional immigration consultants know how to tailor the application to the most precise requirements, how to identify problems at an early stage, and avoid critical errors. We don’t just fill out forms – we also build a strategy that increases your chances of getting approval.
In our office, which consists of 12 women with over 24 years of experience, each case receives personal attention. We don’t waste time – we go straight to the goal, with almost 100% success in results!

The saving in time and money in independent submission may seem tempting, but at some point, you may find that this saving spills over into lost time, disappointment, and perhaps even a severe refusal of the application.
